Adjustable strap not really adjustable - Foiled again! I was really looking forward to getting a slip-on that won't fall off my feet. I wear a size 12 but I have a narrow instep and heel. I thought the straps were adjustable but they really aren't. I have a question for Clark's - Why bother with velcro if the design doesn't really allow a custom fit? I'm trying to decide if somehow, I can make do. I think no.
